Submitting Your Transcripts — We’re Here to Help!
To review your application, we’ll need an official transcript from your high school. Your school can send it directly to the Asbury University Admissions Office, and we make it easy—we accept transcripts via email! Just have your school send them to admissions@asbury.edu.
Here’s what you need to know based on your situation:
High School Seniors and Homeschool Students:
✔️ Initial Transcript: When applying, your official transcript must include:
- Courses taken
- Grades earned
- Class rank (if available)
- Cumulative GPA through at least your junior year
✔️ Final Transcript (After Graduation):
- Must include your senior year courses and grades
- Must clearly state your date of graduation
- Required before you can enroll at Asbury
Make sure your school sends both your initial and final transcripts directly to Asbury University.
- International students: Make sure to review the international admissions process.
- GED students: If you earned a GED instead of a high school diploma, simply send us your official GED scores instead of a transcript.
Important Note About Dual Credit Courses:
If you’ve taken ANY dual credit courses—whether online, at your high school, or at another university—you’ll need to submit those official university transcripts separately before you can register for classes at Asbury University. A good rule of thumb? Submit these dual credit transcripts by June 1 to keep everything on track!

Asbury University is test optional – and we’re all about seeing the whole you!
We know you’re more than just a test score. That’s why we take a holistic approach to admissions, considering your grades, activities, leadership, and everything else that makes you you. If you choose to send standardized test scores, we’ll absolutely consider them as part of your application, but they’re never required. And don’t worry—test scores will never be used to keep you from being admitted. If you feel your scores highlight your strengths, they can help support your application, especially if your GPA is on the lower side.
If you’d like to send your test scores, here’s what you’ll need:
- ACT code: 1486
- SAT code: 1019
- CLT: Just select Asbury University as a score recipient when sending your scores.
No matter what, we’re excited to get to know you and see all the incredible things you bring to Asbury!
